This website is operated by TheThinkersLab India Pvt. Ltd. (“TheThinkersLab”, “we”, “us”). It describes the MinGo EV charging ecosystem. For company information see thethinkerslab.com.

Information we collect

This is a marketing site. We do not require an account to browse. If you submit the demo enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: name, organisation, work email, phone number (optional), interests, planned locations, and message.

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard request logs such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps to operate, secure, and debug the site.

How we use information

• To respond to demo and project enquiries you send us.
• To operate, protect, and improve this website.
• To comply with law where required.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use the enquiry form for unrelated marketing lists.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not set advertising cookies of our own. When a Google Analytics 4 measurement ID is configured in the deployment environment, we load Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited. Google may set cookies such as _ga. You can opt out with Google’s browser opt-out.

Retention and security

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, unless a longer period is required by law. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information in transit and at rest.
